My Creative Writing (BA) dissertation for Kingston University is an auto fictive collection of anecdotes titled El Hijo Pródigo. Told through fragmented memories, these first five chapters explore a trauma narrative that discuss generational trauma, sexual exploitation, religious trauma and child abuse. But through this, it highlights the resilience against these factors through a reflective stance and control of my story.
